The Role

We’re on the hunt for an outstanding leader to join our management team as National Operations Manager — the person who makes sure SmartGrass delivers exactly what we promise our clients.

SmartGrass supply and install the best quality artificial grass to homeowners, landscapers, schools, sports facilities, and city projects across New Zealand. Our exclusive SmartGrass range sets the standard in appearance, feel, durability, and sustainability.

We’re looking for an exceptional person to:

• Manage and coordinate nationwide installation teams

• Oversee accounts, stock, and warehouse operations

• Take ownership of project management, scheduling, and resource planning

• Drive new systems and expansion into new locations

• Guarantee we live up to our client promise: “The best trade experience you’ve ever had.”
